Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by MyAndroid (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our cloud services, including the Android online emulator for running Android online games and apps (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any portion of this Agreement, you must not use or access the Services.

1.2 We may modify this Agreement from time to time, and your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Our Services include providing an Android online emulator that allows users to run Android online games and apps. The emulator operates on our cloud infrastructure, which requires an internet connection.

2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all parts of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.

3. User Obligations

3.1 By using our Services, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3.2 You are solely responsible for any content, data, or information you transmit or store using the Services. You warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use the content you transmit or store.

3.3 You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or infringing activities. You may not:

a) Use the Services to distribute malware, spyware, viruses, or any other harmful software.

b) Access, monitor, or copy any part of the Services by any automated means or conduct any scraping, data mining, or similar activities.

c) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained within.

d) Engage in any activity that violates the privacy rights of others.

e) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the Services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, shall remain the sole property of the Company.

4.2 You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, selling, or otherwise exploiting any content or intellectual property owned by the Company, unless expressly permitted in writing.

5. Privacy

5.1 Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by the Company. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the European Union.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements.

8.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
