A lot of material exists on being in the best state of mind (and rightfully so!) but even if your mind is working perfectly well, if your body is not aligned you can feel strained and trading errors happen.
Therefore, we made it our mission to monitor the biggest muscle in your body, your heart .
You will gain an awareness of the bodys physical reactions to stress in trading, which in turn will increase control and serenity, eventually making trading an enjoyable exercise.
Our bodys heart rate and HRV give us the first signs if we are about to become too fearful and about to enter the fight or flight response.
Traderistic alerts you before a trade if your physical values become too volatile and reminds you to take a breather and relax so you can trade with full capacity and get in the right zone more often.
We also take an automatic snapshot of your HR & HRV curve from 1min before every execution to 1min after in order to assess your state of body after each trade.
Heart rate zones can be individually adjusted to suit personal requirements.
In order to use it three components are needed:
the Traderistic app
a heart rate monitor device
and the Traderistic TWS connector program which connects with Interactive Brokers.
The app can pair with an HR/HRV Polar monitor via bluetooth connection.
