Description:

The aim of the project is the enhancement of the Monumental Complex of the Pilotta di Parma, a research and culture center that can become a more open place, for tourists but also for citizens, who often perceive the cultural institutions of their city as inaccessible and distant, of which instead they should benefit in a more direct and immediate way.
In particular, the project, which involves two city schools and the University of Parma, aims to bring young people closer to this heritage, developing a specific intervention method. Since it is young people who know what their peers really care about, only their active involvement, which puts them at stake in the first person, will encourage the emergence of new ways of communicating, on the one hand allowing them to express their creativity and develop towards of cultural heritage a new spirit of belonging, on the other hand favoring the growth of the cultural institutions themselves.
The aim of the project is therefore to create a collaboration and an ongoing relationship between young people and cultural institutions, through the activation of permanent workshops, where children can get in touch with the heritage, learn new knowledge, develop skills related to communication and enhancement of cultural heritage, through the use of new digital cultural tools.
In this way, the project also aims to test an effective and concrete collaboration between different skills (technical and humanistic), expanding the field of action of both areas, with the aim of enhancing the contamination of knowledge, combining aspects of humanistic culture with those of technical-scientific culture.
In the labs the kids can:
- Develop apps with which to present and tell their peers about the Monumental Complex of the Pilotta, using the gamification experience, which is experiencing increasing success in the museum.
- Know and apply new technologies useful for the development of the cultural message; specifically, augmented reality technologies and interactive indoor and outdoor navigation technologies will be used.
- Learn how to create communication campaigns on social networks and acquire skills in the use of digital advertising tools.
- Experimenting moves forms of language with particular reference to digital tools (photos, videos, etc.)
- Become cultural PR of the Monumental Complex: involve the kids in a team contest, rewarding those who manage to bring the largest number of people to visit the Monumental Complex. An idea to capture young people and bring them closer to culture, using the marketing and promotion tools typical of leisure and youth free time, practiced in initiatives such as concerts, discos, parties.
- Acquire a set of skills that can be spent on the cultural goods job market.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for DIGITAL PILOTTA. It only allows to test online DIGITAL PILOTTA with apkid it.humarker.digital.pilotta. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run DIGITAL PILOTTA online.
