My Estia allows you to consult the documents relating to the condominium and home at any time, minutes of the meeting, budgets, invoices and contracts: all clearly organized and archived in a history that makes it easy to consult and view even the oldest documentation.
In the app you will also find the security dossier with screening of the property carried out by Protetto technicians: conformity of systems and equipment, feasibility study, fire risk assessment, risk and danger estimates with suggestions on interventions to be carried out to eliminate or mitigate risks.
The dossier also contains the main reference standards to make administrators and condominiums aware of the mandatory regulations.
But that's not all: My Estia allows you to report faults and problems to the reference branch, allowing prompt intervention by the competent team.
