9.The Know Your Teacher Module gives the basic details about the Teachers deployed in each and every school across the State of Arunachal Pradesh along with their photographs.
This is expected to address the proxy/ghost teachers issue to a large extent.
10.An additional feature has been provided in this Mobile Application which is called as Register Your Issue/Grievance wherein any genuine issue or grievance related to Department of education may be registered by general public through this Application itself.
11.The Department aims to address generic issues/grievance to a possible extent through Register Your Issue/Grievance Module of this Mobile Application.
The status of a registered issue can also be tracked by a person using a Ticket ID which is sent to the valid Mobile Number of the person.
12.The Department plans to upgrade and leverage this newly launched Mobile Application further while moving towards digitizing the relevant records of the Teachers, Employees and Students.
Online learning, tests, digital certificates for Students are also being planned by the department.
