The wireless Predictive Thermometer was built to answer a simple but important question: when will my food be ready? Combustions Predictive Engine estimates exactly when that will be, using the data from 8 onboard sensors (the most of any cooking thermometer).

You can cook using just the app and a Predictive Thermometer.

The Predictive Thermometer has an array of 8 sensors and compares temperatures to always locate the lowest internal temp.
We call that TrueCore and it means you never measure the wrong spot! Even when the food youre cooking is small (like a filet) or irregular (like a whole chicken), your food wont ever end up undercooked or raw in the middle.
