Jabar One Service (JOS) Application - This innovation was created to make it easier for Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (CPMI)/Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) and their families to get placement services and protection for PMI.
JOS is a breakthrough in the development of the Full PMI Data Collection System (SITAMI) which was released in January 2020 and was used by West Java BP3MI officers to record Full PMI data from West Java province.
JOS is a mobile-based application created using the Android operating system.
JOS was developed to not only function as a data collection system but also to become a center for information and services for PMI originating from West Java.
Before visiting the BP3MI service office, CPMI/PMI can confirm in advance the service flow to be passed and the requirements that need to be prepared.
JOS will also direct CPMI/PMI to service portals owned by BP2MI such as registration of e-ID and e-KTKLN and filing of case complaints.
In addition to the above services, the JOS application also provides various information about Indonesian Migrant Workers such as information on job opportunities, news on agency activities, as well as the official list of Job Training Institutes (LPK) and Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Companies (P3MI) spread across West Java.
