Escapades Belv�d�res

Intuitive and simple, the Escapades Belvdres application guides you through the Haut-Jura Arcade territory, by making you discover belvederes which will make you admire the Jura relief between valleys and mountains, lakes and rivers.
Discover the belvederes:
"Discovering belvederes", the application allows you to identify each belvedere by its dedicated card, to geolocate your location to reach the starting point of the hike that will take you to the chosen belvedere.
An augmented reality view will allow you to identify the other viewpoints visible from the chosen viewpoint.
A QR code scanner is also on each belvedere page and will allow you to scan the QR code present on the landscape reading panel physically present at the observation site.
You will thus validate a medal per place of visit, and will be able to win a small reward at the Haut-Jura Arcade Tourist Office.
On each belvedere page, a legend sheet will retrace the history of the place you are looking at, through anecdotes that took place there, or almost!
A culture sheet will give you information on what you see from this point of view, whether in terms of the landscape, the peaks that surround you or the towns or villages that you see.
Thus this landscape shaped by the hand of man or by the elements will be more understandable by all.
A Quiz is offered on the culture sheet to perfect your knowledge in a fun way.
Explore our trails:
Browse our trails offers 26 circuits around our belvederes classified either by town, or by level of difficulty, or as close as possible to where you are.
Each circuit sheet gives you the length in km, the approximate duration and the elevation of the proposed hike.
Each point of interest is identified by a photo and explanatory text.
You are geolocated and can follow the route during your walk.
To get to the start of the chosen circuit, a "Parking" button is offered to you, so that you can easily get to the starting point with your vehicle, if you wish.
Eco-hiker:
In this tab you will find all the information to preserve the territories visited.
You hike within a Regional Natural Park, and certain rules must be respected, such as biotope areas prohibited from access.
A link will guide you to the Quietness-attitude page of the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park.
In addition you will find information on the good gestures of the hiker, whether for himself or for others.
And finally some advice and reflexes to adopt if you come to meet herding dogs.

Via this page you can view the number of medals validated, and therefore the number of belvederes visited out of the 14 offered.
From 5 validated medals, a small gift awaits you at the Haut-Jura Arcade de Morez Tourist Office.
