I created this application to help my patients and people who want to take care of their nutrition.
I present here advice, news about nutrition, but above all simple tools to use on a daily basis to better manage the quantities/quality of your nutrition.
For now, you have access to:
- News and tips to solve food-related problems.
- Guide on Fruit Portions, (How much melon can I eat? .) with an associated explanatory video.
- Guide on the Portions of sauces.
(how much mayonnaise can I put to be "reasonable"?)
Shortly :
- Help with vitamins and minerals (where do you find the most calcium? Iron? Potassium? Ideal for fighting deficiencies / pathologies and improving the quality of your diet)
- Equivalence of quantities

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for Dietoutils. It only allows to test online Dietoutils with apkid fr.dieteticiennp.dietoutils. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run Dietoutils online.
