The Laurak Bat Pasaia App is a tool to promote the loyalty of the Pasaia business.
Its objective is to stimulate commerce and obtain data on the behavior of users.
Pasaia's clientele, download the App, register through a user name and password (or through their account on a social network).
When completing their profile, the Association records the data of that user, knowing their age, sex, municipality of residence and, in the case of Pasaia, the district in which they live.
The use of the App will increase the BBDD in terms of the number of users with their profiles and in terms of their spending behavior.
Two types of campaigns can be launched through this tool:
- LAURAK BAT Campaigns
- INDIVIDUAL campaigns
LAURAK BAT Campaigns
These are collective loyalty campaigns designed by the Laurak Bat Association, whose organization corresponds to the Association and have the objective of generating positive dynamics for the commercial and hotel establishments of Pasaia and encouraging certain actions by the users of the App.
The cost of these campaigns (organization, prizes and others) corresponds to the Laurak Bat Association.
However, depending on the type of campaign that is designed, the Laurak Bat App Working Group may establish another type of financing that adjusts to the particularities of the campaign, and that will have to be validated by the Board of Directors of the Asociation.
People who have downloaded the App and are registered on the loyalty platform may participate in these campaigns.
Those people who do not have completed the profile data will not be able to participate (given that it is very important that they complete the profile, in order to have a DB the more complete the better).
INDIVIDUAL campaigns or PROMOTIONS
Individual campaigns are those organized by each establishment in a particular way.
In these promotions, through the use of the App, it is intended to attract new users or generate uses and thus reward customer loyalty through a direct prize.
These promotions will be carried out, initially, independently of the points or rewards system of the App.
It is recommended that these campaigns have a predetermined duration (1 week, 1 month) and that they be associated with specific festivities/events and do not result in permanent promotions that lose their reason for being (spring, ItxasFestivala, back to school).
