It happens because the system does not treat VPN connection without underlying Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection as Internet connection.

The workaround is to connect to some dummy Wi-Fi network (without Internet access).

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for EasyTether Tablet. It only allows to test online EasyTether Tablet with apkid easytether.tablet. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run EasyTether Tablet online.
