The application gives the user access to the most central functions and data in the IT system Sensum One and thus supports the work with documentation of the social work, citizen-oriented efforts in the specialized social area.
Sensum is developed especially for employees who work away from the office, for example in the citizen's own home or in other situations and other places where it is not immediately possible to access Sensum One via PC.
The application contains the most relevant information from the employee's own master card, as well as information about the citizens for whom the employee is responsible.
In Sensum, the employee can perform a number of basic tasks such as reading and writing notes in the citizen's diary, stay up to date on the individual citizen's action plan, document the effect of their own efforts in relation to the citizen's goals and sub-goals, assess the citizen's risk, and control and handle medication delivery.
To use the Sensum application, you must be registered as a user of Sensum One.
