ZVTOOL

The ZVTOOL app is part of the ZVTOOL warehouse and tool management system.
ZVTOOL enables you to always keep track of your equipment.
For this purpose, all tools are clearly marked with NFC tags.
The employees receive a person tag in the form of a key fob.
With the NFC-enabled ZVTOOL Phone and the app, you can record tool entries and exits without touching them, without having to type in numbers or names.
In order to be able to use ZVTOOL Phone and App, log in with your personal tag.
The smartphone is integrated into your company network via W-LAN and transmits all information directly to the user-friendly command center ZVTOOL Web.
Outside of operation, the data can be transmitted via a cellular connection.
Here you can also use the app to query the locations, tool names and borrowers.
Functions:
- Record lending and borrowing processes and transmit them directly to ZVTOOL Web
- Initial recording of the tools with a picture and description
- Maintain an overview of your tools and have information about the tool displayed on site
Extensive administrative functions are available in the web interface of the ZVTOOL Web command center.
Please note that you can only use the ZVTOOL app in conjunction with a license for ZVTOOL, the associated tool and person tags, and a registered ZVTOOL phone.
