Monthly - The Budget Planner

Monthly is the budget planner that gives you the overview of your finances both at home and on the go.
At a glance, you can see your monthly balance, you income, your expenses, and how much of your budgets you have already spent.
This type of expense manager makes it easy for you to save money so that you can spend it on things that make you happy.
Quick Start
Download the app, open it, get going - that is how accounting works with us.
No registration, no signing in, no syncing with your bank accounts.
Just start off and immediately know what to do thanks to the clear interface.
Add Entries
Adding an entry to your accounting is done in only a few clicks.
We make starting off easy for you with some predefined categories and account types so that you can quickly get going.
The only things left for you to do are setting the amount and choosing from the category and account lists.
Standing Orders
Because you don't want to enter your salary or the membership fee for your gym every month, we have added the possibility to create standing orders.
These then automatically create entries in the time intervals you specify.
Furthermore, you can pause, delete, or edit these standing orders, just as your financial situation demands.
An additional bonus: Monthly shows all your standing orders in one list so that you never forget any subscriptions.
Categories and Budgets
To organize your incomes and expenses, you assign them to categories.
We have already added a few of the most common categories but of course you can edit and delete these, or add your own.
Additionaly, you can assign a monthly budget to each category.
Then you can see directly on the main page how much money you have left for certain things.
Accounts
Accounts function similarly to categories.
We have already defined some of the most-used but you can manage them how you want to.
In your financial overview, you can then see the monthly balance and account activity for each of your accounts.
Statistics
This app features a separate page for more detailed financial analyses.
Here, you can bring your finance management to the next level.
Track your expenses, incomes, and account balances over any desired timespan and check which expenses have the greatest influence on your finances.
Import and Export
Monthly should be transparent and quick to use for you.
Thus, we have focused our interface development on not overloading it with functions.
Should the available functions be unsufficient for you, you can export all entries as a .csv file and work with them in a spread sheet of your choosing.
On the other hand, you can also do your bookkeeping on your computer and import the data into the app so you have it ready on the go.
Multiple Currencies
Most likely, the majority of your finances will be managed in a single currency.
But should you pay or be payed in a foreign currency, we are prepared for that.
For every entry, you can also specify the paid amount in a foreign currency and specify the equivalent in your main currency.
Data Security
Financial data should stay private.
Because of this, we do not rely on cloud storages, whose security we cannot guarantee.
With Monthly, your financial data will be stored locally on your device to 100% so that you alone have control over it.
