Mikatel enables convenient and mobile telephony.
The user can make the phone call with the smartphone with the special feature of using the office landline number and extension.
Various processes can be selected for this.
The user can choose whether outgoing calls should be made via the cellular network, via CTI call via the telephone system in the cloud or via the WLAN with SIP.
With the last two options, the call partner is called with the office landline number, i.e.
the personal, mobile phone number is not visible to him.
The app's user interface hardly differs from smartphone telephony.
For this reason, the use of cloud telephony is not a new challenge for smartphone users.
Thanks to the extra features, such as searching the company-wide telephone books of the central telephone system in real time, listening to the central answering machine of the cloud telephone system on the smartphone or displaying the calls made or missed calls from the cloud telephone system on the smartphone, the application stands out from the normal telephony.
But that's not all! The application shows the presence or absence of work colleagues.
You can also set call forwarding via Mikatel.
You can also design your dial plan individually, i.e.
adapt queues, menus or announcements specifically to your company.
