The protection of your health data is our top priority as a statutory health insurance company.
To ensure that only you or persons authorized by you have access to the online office, you must identify yourself securely once.
How it works:
- In the registration process, the insurance number, a unique e-mail address and a mobile phone number are collected for the user account.
- An access code (QR code) will be sent to the address stored by BKK24.
After scanning this QR code, enter a new access password.
- All subsequent relevant data changes also require two-factor authentication.
Future Extensions
BKK24 will continue to expand the online office.
In the next versions the app will be supplemented by
