With the Quennet app, you can report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via smartphone.
In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s).
We use the digital bulletin board to proactively provide push notifications about important information about the properties entrusted to us.

- Fast and efficient communication: In our Quennet app you will find all information and documentation bundled in one place - in your pocket and available digitally at any time
- Always informed: Do you have questions about billing, re-ordering keys or owner meetings? In an FAQ area you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
- Interactive: You can record damage reports or other concerns with photos directly in the Quennet app.
Your case will be processed quickly and you will receive regular status updates via push messages.

To register for the Quennet App:
- You will receive a personalized email from us inviting you to join the Quennet App
- Press the Confirm registration button and enter your personally chosen password
- Download the Quennet app for your smartphone
- And you can already use all the advantages of our digital customer service!
