You can do it using our Android online emulator.
This app is able to establish a connection to the TopLevel BDIIs of various National Grid Initiatives (NGIs).
After selecting the GLUE format (version 1.3 is supported as well as version 2.0) information for the registered Grid sites can be browsed.
