At DayOff you can vote as a team which of our 20 competence modules you want to choose next in order to train in the soft skills area.
This gives you as a team the opportunity to learn together and independently.
Each competence module is divided into several learning objectives, from which you can choose a 2-3 minute impulse every day, with which you can train the selected competence directly in your everyday work.
The team area gives the participants the opportunity to exchange information on certain questions and problems, to share the current mood in the team and to take part in votes.
This is how the team grows together and creates space for social learning.
In order to guarantee fun while learning and to keep the long-term motivation in the team high, we rely on proven gamification elements: The team can play a joint team event and monitor their own learning progress.
In addition, the Heroboard shows the total of actions completed by the (pseudonymized) team members and Action Streaks - if a participant has completed actions for several days in a row.
