When a pre-order is ready to be picked up, you will receive both an email and a notification on your smartphone, so you are always up to date.
DIGITAL LODGING CARD
Would you like to bring your pharmacy customer card digitally to your smartphone? No problem! All we need for this is your customer number, which you can read from your customer card in paper form, for example.
You then enter the customer number in your user account and you can select the digital customer card in the app.
SEE STOCK LEVELS
In addition, Apotheken Direkt offers the opportunity to view the stock levels of medicines.
This allows you to easily check whether a location has the medication you want in stock.
Stock levels are updated several times an hour to keep you up to date.
