The purpose of this application is to provide a simple and convenient service to customers and connect them with stores in their area that can serve takeout meals, and interactive menus allow customers to choose orders and favorite dishes in an easy and fast way.
"Yahala-Talabat" application does not sell or interfere in any way with the production, manufacture or preparation of any product or food produced in the stores, and what it offers is only to provide the ability to search and find joint local shops and restaurants, which provide and deliver food to their address and order through.
As these stores are solely responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, regulations and standards applied in the country, such as those related to the preparation, sale, marketing and safety of food.
Target Groups:
In terms of subscribers/customers, all stores and restaurants in the country wishing to participate and present their products to customers through the application.
In terms of customers, all segments of society from 18 to 65 years old, males and females.
User Rights and Responsibilities and Mechanisms for Protection and Privacy of His Information:
The client or the customer is solely responsible for all the ideas, opinions and personal data that they mention while using the Yahala-Talabat services, as well as for all the files that are uploaded to Yahala - Talabat and the personal information sent, and that Yahala-Talabat will not be responsible in any way for those files, or for accessing any services provided through Yahala-Talabat that is not authorized or in any way other than those specified by Yahala - Talabat and not to change the software in any way and compensating Yahala - Requests for all material and moral losses in the event the member does not comply with the above-mentioned articles.
Describe The Application Process.
The application is divided into three separate applications:
1-Application of Participants from stores and restaurants, and those who use the application to offer their food and services that are presented on the app with prices.
2-Application of the Users, which is recommended by means of supplementation of products and applications for those places which are also included in it, or under the heading of options and possible follow-up of the demand situation and the path.
3-Application of the Riders, those who are responsible of delivery of the orders made on the application by the app users.
Conditions of Using the Applicants by Customers and Users:
Both customers and users are prohibited from posting, uploading or sending to or from the website any of the following materials:
Material that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
Illegal or fraudulent materials.
Materials that may amount to unauthorized advertising or contain viruses or any other harmful programs.
You may not misuse the Application or the Website (including by hacking)
Any comments or notes made by the User on the Application or the Website must not:
oContain any defamatory, obscene or infringing material.
oPromote violence or discrimination.
oViolate another person's intellectual property rights.
oYou violate any legal duty to a third party (such as a duty of confidentiality)
oPromote illegal activity or invade another's privacy.
oGives the impression that it is issued by us or used to impersonate another person or provide false information about your association with another person.
The prohibited conduct in the above paragraphs is not exclusive.
You will reimburse the "Yahala-Talabat" application for all expenses and damages incurred as a result of your violation of any of these restrictions.
Next Level will cooperate fully with any law enforcement agencies or court decisions that require us or direct us to disclose the identity or location of anyone posting any material in violation of the above-mentioned paragraphs.
