Workbee - For Talent is an app designed for talents to find gigs and events for them seamlessly and in a transparent manner.
No more job sites or temp agencies.
Sign-up, set up your profile, and start accepting gigs in your area.
No need for invoicing, no need to worry about declaring taxes.

How does it work?
1.
SIGN UP AND GET VERIFIED
Download the Workbee app, create a profile, and get verified by creating a Gigapay account and connecting it with the same credentials you used when signing up.
2.
KEEP YOUR PROFILE UPDATED
Add work experience, skills, availability, and other relevant profile data so that our algorithm can find you the best roles and events out there.
3.
GET INTEREST NOTIFICATIONS
A notification of interest will appear.
See if you are interested and available for it and then confirm.
Make sure you review all the information in the event description so you know what to expect before the event starts.
For example, Should you bring a uniform and will a staff meal be provided? If you confirm, the Business will be notified and will check out your profile and possibly confirm you for the event.
4.
SHOW UP FOR THE EVENT
Be on time for the event and meet the Business to start working.
The app tracks your location and if for some reason the address is not clear or you get lost you can call the Business for assistance.
In unforeseen circumstances that make you late for the event, inform the Business through the app.
If you must leave early, inform the Business and Workbee through the app.
5.
COMPLETE THE EVENT
Once the event is complete, rate your experience.
If the Business requests you to work additional time, you can review the request and accept or decline it.
You will be compensated at the same rate for the extra time worked.
6.
GET PAID
On the 25th of every month, you will get your payments for all events completed.
We will eventually move to have immediate payments included in the app.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Once you have accepted an assignment via workbee, you are insured against accidents at all times for your assignment and while traveling to and from the assignment.
HOURLY WAGE
We always pay more than the standard industry minimum wage, and we have built-in an industry-standard vacation contribution.
You will be paid on an hourly basis.
Income taxes will be deducted from your pay and paid to Skatteverket on your behalf.
Please note that OB time is not included as you choose your own working hours and decide whether you are in a comfortable position to do so.
WE HANDLE YOUR TAXES
We do.
We pay social security contributions and employer contributions on your behalf, as well as state pension contributions.
We also pay income tax on your behalf.
