# How it works?
Owners/sellers register on the platform and post an ad.
The buyer visits the site, consults the advertisements published, obtains the coordinates of the owners and contacts him if he wishes to buy the product/service.
# How to register on Lumo?
Anyone can register through three login methods:
- google account
- Facebook profile
- surname, first name, username, password and email.
# How to publish an ad ?
Owners/sellers can easily publish their ads, by simply clicking on:
- More icon
- Choose ad type
- Make sure you choose the right category
- If the category has a sub-category then choose one
- Give your ad a title
- Then the price, if the advertisement concerned a good, a service or a job, then the price goes by period
- the most important part of an offer is the image so it is better to choose a quality image.
click on add and select your media.
- Go to the description, make sure you describe your offer well.
- To submit your ad, fill in your details and this is very important as it will make it easy for buyers to contact you.
- Finally, press the submit button and that's it.

# So what's up after posting an ad?
After posting an ad, you can easily edit, delete, mark the ad as sold, by simply going to my account menu then my ads, then choose the one you want to edit and that's it.
# So how can a customer find an ad?
Customers/buyers should get what they are looking for, via the homepage, search option or similar ad.
When they find the right listing, they can get in touch with the owner via call, email, whatsapp or live chat on the platform.

## Does Lumo have a delivery service?
Not yet, we will notify you when this service becomes available.
For now, any seller can decide if they can ship their product.
## Do I need to make a payment to receive my ad?
No payment should be made between seller and buyer on our platform.
You should check your ad and always pay cash after also checking the ad.
