You have to reject it or create your proposal based on the WASPHA user request and send it back to WASPHA user, who will either accept or reject the offer.
If WASPHA user accepts your proposal, so the next step is to navigate a WASPHA user's location on the map to deliver the service (In delivery mode), or track the user (in Pickup mode).
