All workouts are made just for you, according to your goal and profile!
The main goal is to make a periodization of your workouts so that you reach your goals in the best possible quality! After all, there's no point in copying a ready-made workout from the internet that wasn't created FOR YOU.

Within this platform you will fill in your anamnesis and in a few days you will have available:

- Workouts separated by days of the week
- Written workouts with detailed sets and repetitions

Personal Vanessa Rossi has a degree in Physical Education in Brazil, a postgraduate degree in Biochemistry, Physiology and Sports Training from UNICAMP, she has the NASM license to work in the USA, among other courses taken during her 13-year career (such as: functional training , weight training, weight training for seniors, sports nutrition, bodybuilding, weight lifting, among others)

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for VR Workout. It only allows to test online VR Workout with apkid com.vrpersonal.mobile. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run VR Workout online.
