With the Condominium Area you can:
* Check extracts from your condominium accounts;
* View your Unit's open bills;
* Make reservations for common areas;
* Get the updated duplicate of your slips;
* Copy the typeable line (barcode) to make the payment through your Bank's application;
* Speak directly to your administrator;
* View Notices issued by the Administrator and by the Manager of your Condominium;
* View Documents such as Meeting Minutes, Convention or accountability documents;
To the trustee:
* View the general delinquency or by condominium unit;
* Register common areas and their usage rules;
* Check the contacts of all tenants;
* Publish announcements;
* Check the condominium's accounts payable;
* Check consumption of resources such as water, gas and electricity;
