On June 24, 1957, the transmission equipment was blessed by Cardinal Juan Landzuri Rickets, Archbishop of Lima.
Subsequently, after two years of test transmission, on October 15, 1958, the Ministerial Resolution was officially released, it was created with the purpose of transmitting the prayer of the Holy Rosary and the Word of God.
This arduous and committed mission began through its airwaves, the crusade was introduced into homes, the message of the consoling and hopeful voice reached hospitals, prisons, parishes and human settlements.
With the blessing of God and the protection of Rosa de Santa Mara, the Dominican Order of the Santo Domingo Convent of Lima, began one of its works of evangelization in the revaluation of human dignity, transmitting from inside the Dominican cloisters, Sanctuary of the Peruvian Saints
