However, currently, there is a lack of tools to measure the level of referencing competency, as well as its relation to an individuals performance.
Therefore, the purpose of this study is twofold; first, to determine the level of referencing competency.
Second, to predict the expected individual performance based on the achievement of certain referencing competency level.
Among the special features of the application are (1) follow-up questionnaire (with a short-messaging system), (2) individual performance predictor, (3) referencing competency dashboard, and (4) competency mapping.
The application can be accessed through Google Play or via URL
