This means that your Mac and your Android need to be on the same Wi-FI to work.
Check if your devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi by comparing the emojis displayed on both the Android and Desktop apps.
Is Ubidrop free?
Ubidrop for Android is free.
Ubidrop for Mac and Windows comes with a 7 day trial.
During the trial you can send as many files as you like.
Considering purchasing a license once the trial is over to continue using Ubidrop on that computer.
What files can I send?
You can send any kind of files, no matter the type.

Currently, it shares photos and videos taken from your phone's camera in a couple of seconds.
How can I transfer files from my Desktop to my Android?
In your Mac, click on the Ubidrop icon in the System Tray and then click Send to Nearby
Where are incoming files stored?
Your files will automatically be stored in your Android's Downloads folder.
On your Desktop, the files are stored on your Desktop.
You can change this location by tapping on the icon of your system tray and then click 'Save files to.'.
