How Does True Me work?
Meditation is a complex healing technique and takes time to master.
Our guided meditation tracks will guide you step by step and help you get into the habit of meditation at the end of every course.
We believe in the statement " 21 days is what we need to make anything a habit".
So, all our courses consist of 21 tracks.
Our courses are a series of 21 tracks.
First 14 tracks are guided meditation and the remaining 7 are music tracks.
Once you start a course our guided meditation tracks are released every 24 hours.
We do not provide all 14 tracks at once but we do provide the 7 music tracks at the start so you could use it anytime you want.
We recommend users to go through the tracks as they are released i.e.
one track a day for a better healing process.
