To Login into the APP, a user has to login with user id and password generated by the system.
While installing the App, the user is asked to provide location permission which helps to track the geo location of the agent who is using this app for business reporting purpose also the user is asked to provide camera permission to take evidence for closing the tickets assigned to the agent.
We have PAN India presence; and thus, our collection agents will use this TruCollect Android app for Collection operations.
The employees and affiliates of TruBoard Partners will be the users of this app.
