Academic Ability Test: Candidates for non-commissioned officers will be tested for their academic abilities related to the police field such as Law, Police Knowledge, Criminology and Investigation.
Psychological Test: Candidates for non-commissioned officers will undergo psychological tests to determine the suitability of their personality and cognitive abilities with the duties that must be carried out as members of the National Police.
After successfully passing all the selection stages, the candidate for non-commissioned officer will undergo a period of education at a police school and after graduation will be appointed a member of the National Police with the rank of Non-Commissioned Officer.
