Survey Xpress is an easy to use survey form creator which can be used to collect data at scale.
The survey can be shared on different platforms to collect data in both online and offline modes.
The questions in the survey form can be customized as per the requirement of the study by adding different question styles such as single choice, multiple-choice, paragraph, matrix style, simple text with validations such as numeric text, alphanumeric text etc.
