Alhamdulillah, thanks be to Allah SWT, finally we PonPon Media have succeeded in completing the Complete Al-Quran Short Letter application.
The Complete Al-Quran Short Letter application is an application that helps Muslims to memorize faster short letters of the Koran. The letters in the Koran were revealed in two cities, there is a letter that descended in Mecca, there is a letter that was revealed in Medina when the Prophet Muhammad had emigrated to Medina.
Generally, the Surahs that were revealed in Medina have many verses and are long, and the Surahs of the Qur'an that were revealed in Mecca tend to be shorter and have fewer verses.
Short surahs in the Qur'an are often used when performing sunnah prayers and obligatory prayers five times a day.
Usually one short surah for each raka'at.
The letters read are Al-Ikhlas, An-Nas, Al-Kafirun, and other short letters.
Most of the Koran children usually study short letters in juz amma before finally learning the Qur'an.
This is because the short letters, are letters that have very few verses so that they are easy to memorize for small children.
Even though you may still be new to learning the Koran, keep your mind away from memorizing it.
For starters, maybe you can choose short letters in the Quran.
The hope is that it will be easier and faster to memorize it.
Surah Al Fatihah is often referred to as Ummul Quran or Ummul Kitab which means the mother of the Koran.
Because in this surah contains the main contents of the Qur'an.
Surah Al Fatihah revealed in Mecca consists of 7 verses.
The contents of Al Fatihah about faith, worship, laws, and promises and threats.
You can easily memorize this letter.
Apart from being short, we will always read this letter when we pray, so in a day we can read up to 17 times.
