Forms created by the Checklist Admin Web system will be reflected to mobile users, when necessary they will be answered and mirrored in all systems.

The Location Data that is captured when a form is answered is collected and stored in our databases.
The Photo Data that is sent at the time a photo question is answered is stored in our databases and is not mandatory to be sent unless the question asks, if the question asks that a photo be sent obligatorily and you do not want to send a photo, then look for another form that does not require a photo.
