The Operations Center will verify weather/availability and launch the helicopter while calling the requestor back to provide updates.
The app allows the user to track the movement of the helicopter while en route to any location as well as chat with the Operations Center for instant updates.
Once downloaded, the app requires registration and approval to request a medical helicopter in Georgia and South Carolina.
