Swiping left will allow the technician to select yellow or red status, directing the tech to the Findings screen where they can record their findings and add images and/or videos to provide context.
* Integrated with the device's native camera, technicians have the full functionality of the phone's camera features to capture the clearest picture from the darkest corner of the undercarriage.
* Share findings with customers using Shop-Wares integrated Digital Vehicle Experience (DVX) car owners will receive a clear presentation of the work that you have done on their vehicle, along with any urgent repairs and maintenance recommendations prioritized by service advisors.
* Receive approvals faster by giving the customer a clear understanding of the priority and urgency of each recommendation.
Shop customers are able to quickly approve or decline services without extensive guidance from service advisors.
