The SMARTest system is a mobile and web-based technology solution that supports HIV Testing services in line with the CDC target of achieving the first 95 of the 95/95/95 goal.
The application has the capability of collecting data offline and synchronizing at a later time when connected to the internet.
The solution can integrate with existing systems and applications such that there is a rich information exchange, and one from a single view can gain a holistic overview of the data.
The goal of the HTS program is to ensure that 95% of people living with HIV know their status.
This will be done by testing the following:
1.
Targeted testing of the venerable population (KPs) and high-yield locations like (KPs, FSWs, MSMs, etc).
2.
Testing of all clients linked to the index (Biological and Sexual) Index Testing.
3.
Recency testing of all newly identified cases to identify true recent infections Recency Testing
4.
Community and facility-based testing approach
5.
Self-testing
6.
Identification of positives and successful linkage to ART care - Linkage

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for HTS SMARTest. It only allows to test online HTS SMARTest with apkid com.seamhealth.hts. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run HTS SMARTest online.
