Sawaed: a platform linking maintenance professional , home cleaning services with service operation and maintenance company.
The company (the first party): the entity responsible for receiving the request and providing the service to the beneficiary.

In the event that the second party accepts the request on its forearm platform, it does not have the right to cancel it and in the event of cancellation, it must notify the first party until it makes a second request within a maximum period of 10 minutes, or that the Sawaed platform will demand the first party compensation for the misuse of the service provided by the platform.
In the event that the first party is unable to send the service provider within a maximum period of 20 minutes as a maximum, it is not entitled to accept the application and provide an opportunity for another applicant to accept the application.
