Whether a PPE inspection, fire extinguisher, vehicle or any other asset inspection, with Risk Memo you can link multiple checklists to one item, or multiple items to one checklist.
This, coupled with our equipment and checklist tagging and search algorithm, makes Risk Memo one of the most flexible and easy to use equipment inventory and inspection systems available.

> Dynamic checklist template builder
> Choose from text, checkbox, multiple choice, image, date, signature, location and link equipment questions
> Add rich text (bold, italic, bullet points etc) to your checklists to give your team clear instructions
> Make you checklist dynamic by adding repeating sections
> Add notes, images and actions to a checklists response.
Actions are tasks linked to a question where you can set a due date, priority and assign any member of your team.
> Create an equipment record for any asset - all it needs is a unique id, for example a serial number, or simply any id you make up
> Add tags to your equipment to make them easily searchable
> Set a condition status, e.g.
"safe to use" or "time-critical".
If time critical you can set a "Do not use" date to automatically trigger after a set timeframe
> Never let an action or time-critical equipment issue go unnoticed with push and email notifications
