Your request while in processing is in the status "Pending", and as soon as it is sent to the City Hall, the request status changes to "Approved".
From this status onwards the citizen will be in direct contact with the City Hall to handle the request, through the email registered in the application.
Thus, with the Digital City the citizen has the request opening facilitated, and can follow up the request through his personal email.
In addition to creating the request in a simple and quick way, Digital City also counts with the help of Alfred, the Artificial Intelligence developed by RES Digital for image identification.
Alfred recognizes images of holes, light poles, traffic lights, etc., and in case of requests with an image attachment he creates a publication on his Facebook page, "Alfred Vinhedo", where he attracts the attention of the official Facebook channel of City Hall in question to help give visibility of the city's problems, both to the citizen and to the City Hall! Nice, huh?
Should Alfred identify that the attachment is not in accordance with the request in question, he is able to reject his request.
This assists the Public Server's work in receiving pertinent requests only to the responsible area in question, and you can make a new request this time with the correct attachment! (I.e.
