MyAttendance by PT Besar Intan Gemilang is a staffing information system that is able to provide information on company employee data within PT Besar Intan Gemilang.
With the development of the MyAttendance application, it is expected that companies will find it easier to manage company administration, such as attendance, payroll and permits.
Features supported in the application include:
# Absence
Employees record attendance and come home via the Absence button and can see the results of attendance recapitulation from the attendance report menu.
The attendance recording feature can be done using the PIN/Fingerprint/Face recognition that has been set on each employee's cellphone.
# Salary Recap
Employees can view monthly payroll details.
These details include basic salary, allowances, meal allowances, absence deductions and total salary received.
In this feature, employees can choose a date as a benchmark for collecting salary recap data.
# Permit and Leave
Employees can send permission when they are not present, namely by sending a request for permission such as sick leave, permission for important reasons and also official permission.
For sick leave, employees are only given compensation for 2 working days and will get a discount according to the applicable policy when the leave is more than 2 working days.
Activity Report
You can send daily activity reports through the activity reports menu, to measure employee effectiveness.
For the registration and login process, employees can only access this application when the account has been registered by the Admin.
To make it easier to use the MyAttendance application, you can also look in the Help menu or contact the admin.
