The Dock Direct app simplifies the lodgement process for eligible freight movements.
The app stores all upcoming shipment details including Lodgement ID, AWBs and pieces so its easy to manage each lodgement.
Youll be given a lodgement window to you can plan your day.

You will receive a notification from Qantas when your details have been registered and your account is ready to use.
How the app works:
- Open the app before you start your journey to view all lodgements assigned to you
- Let us know your truck details so were ready to welcome you when you arrive at our terminal
- Select a lodgement ID to see which AWBs are included.
Check pieces as you load updating as you go if needed - then click Lodgement Loaded once complete
- Before you leave, tap to Start your trip so we know youre on your way
- Receive notifications as new shipments are assigned to you.
You will receive a SMS notification once you have been registered by your freight forwarder or transport company and can then download the app.
