"Baby on the way" is an application for expectant mothers and their partners where they can find much of the information they will need during pregnancy and the baby's first months.
The interface of "Baby on the way" is very simple and intuitive.
When starting the app, the main screen will appear, where the user can see the main sections:
Within each section, we will see each of its components and their functionality.
- Browser menu:
In each of the screens we find this browser menu at the top.
On the left there is an arrow that allows you to return to the previous screen and on the right there are three dots that when pressed open a drop-down menu that allows you to navigate directly to the desired screen
- Pending tasks: This screen shows us a list of previously stored tasks.
These tasks can be deleted if they are not interesting.
In addition, when a task is carried out, the user can mark that task using the corresponding checkbox, to help him in his planning.
Pressing the "New Task" button will redirect to another page that will have a form with the corresponding fields.
On the one hand, the description of the task and, on the other, you can mark if it is a completed task or leave it unmarked if it is pending.
Clicking on "Save task" will return to the general list.
- Bureaucracy: There is an initial screen that has two buttons: baby and another that includes moms/dads/help.
The user can choose the category they want to search for their procedure.
When pressed, a list will be displayed with the results that have this stipulated category.
For each procedure there is a title, a button for more information and a check to be able to mark it when the task is done.
Clicking on "+ info" opens a new window detailing the procedure in question.
If you have any online management, at the bottom at the end of the text, there is a "More information" button that will lead to a specific Internet link.
- Pending appointments: This section shows an empty table that will be filled in with the appointments that the user saves locally through the form that is accessed through the "New appointment" button.
By filling out the form and clicking on "Save appointment" you return to the main table.
The table shows a summary with the most relevant information, but by pressing the "+ info" button you can see the complete appointment.
In addition, these appointments can be edited and deleted if necessary, by clicking the corresponding button on each appointment.
- Suggested objects: When you enter the objects section, you will see a list of predefined objects, some marked as "favorites" and others as "optional".
The user, by clicking on the heart, will be able to mark it according to their preference.
If desired, the user can delete the objects that do not interest him from those suggested.
And add new objects by pressing the "New object" button that will redirect to a form.
On this screen there is a field for the name of the object and two checkboxes to mark if the user has the object or leaving it empty if he does not, and the same procedure for whether he wants it or not.
When filling in and clicking the button "save object" will redirect to the list where all the objects are.
- Basic care!: This page has three sections "Baby Care", "Mother's Care" and "Parenting".
Each section has an individual scroll, where the user can move from one side to the other to the Video that interests them the most.
To see the video, you must click on the topic that interests you, and you will be redirected to a YouTube Video explaining the necessary care for that specific task.
- Lifelong!: In this section you can see different myths or customs that have become outdated but are still heard, especially from the elderly.
But it is important to know them, to be able to identify them and not continue doing or saying them.
