Sync function 2 is maintained for 1 hour after the basic function is executed.
This is a function that sends an SOS message to the registered recipients (numbers 1 to 3) whenever the user receives a call from anyone, regardless of whether or not the user makes a phone call.

However, if the user's phone is locked, the SOS message is sent around 1 to 10 minutes, otherwise the SOS message is sent immediately.
