The application working together with the server module to allow user create survey form for on-site survey team to collecting data and export the results output in Micosoft Excel Spreadsheet fomat.
The application itself provides following features:
* Dynamic HTML-based from (create the form on server).
* Download the form for off-line operation.
* Collect the data via UI on mobile device, keep it in the device's storage for pushing to server later.
This is the operation for the no-internet environment.
* Collect Geolocation (GPS) where the data was collected.
* Attach reference images with the result.
