PebblesGate ERP is an exclusive application for the organisation to effectively manage their resources.
PebblesGate ERP makes merchandising and work management easy with the following set of features:
- Attendance Marking : Mark attendances by punching in and out from supermarkets based on the route plan or from the office if is an office staff.
- Route Plans : View the supermarkets you need to cover each day under the route plan section.
Update images of work and mark the work as complete.
- Leave Management : Submit leave applications and view the submitted application's status.
- Overtime Management : Submit applications for working overtime and view the submitted application's status.
- Pickup Requests : Add pickup requests to be picked up by the driver to more around work places.
If you are a driver, you will be able to view and accept the pickup requests submitted by others.
- Share of Shelf Management : View share of shelf for each brand on specific supermarkets.
- Planogram Management : View the planogram for each brand.
- Stock and Expiry Update : Update if any of the products are going to expire or going out of stock, you will be able to enter the current stock details and expiry date.
Products can be searched and filtered with various filters.
There is an included barcode scanner to find the product even faster.
- Live Location Update : Keep the office posted by updating your current work location.
- Complaints : Submit complaints if any to the office.
- Chat with admin : Chat with admin to sort out anything or send and receive files or instructions
