ORTHOX - Orthodox calendar is an application containing a lot of useful information for Orthodox Christians.
The main part of the application is a daily calendar containing information such as:
- A date,
- Information about fasting,
- icon of the day,
- Saint of days and holidays,
- Voices,
- Liturgical readings, the apostle and the gospel.
In the current version, the application only displays the calendar for the new style.
In the future, it will be possible to display the old style as well.
It is possible to view the fasting periods of the year, the date of Easter for the next few years, but also a prayer book with morning and evening prayers and prayers before and after the sacrament of Holy Communion.
