The B Dashboard
Control your businesss revenue with a consolidated view of your invoices by status:
Draft
Approved
Partially paid
Fully paid
Overdue
By clicking on each status, you will be taken to the filtered list of relevant invoices.
The + sign on the bottom right-hand corner enables you to easily create customers, products & services, invoices, and projects.
If you have been paid, create a payment and match it to an invoice.
That is it - you are in control!

When a customer pays you, create a payment from the customer view and link it to an invoice in 2 clicks

Set up your catalog of products and services
Choose the invoicing unit (per hour, per day, per unit, custom) and select the default sales tax rates
Apply one or more default sales tax rates to each item

Create projects for your customers so you can track your pipeline by project status (opportunity, approved)
Reconcile multiple invoices and payments back to one project
Invoices
Create professional invoices by adding multiple products and services
Select one or more sales tax rates per product
Add notes, terms, and multiple payment instructions giving your customers choices
View the invoice within the mobile app and e-mail the invoice directly from the ORCHID B app or share the invoice via other messaging apps on your device
Payments
When you receive the payment from your customer, create a payment and match it to an invoice in a few clicks

Customize your invoice template to make your invoices look perfect every time:
Define the series to apply a personal reference number to each invoice
Create standard messages used to send the invoice from the app to your customer
Define your sales tax rates and reference numbers so they appear on the invoice
Setup one or more payment instructions (local bank account transfer, wire, e-transfer, credit card, crypto, SWIFT, Check, Paypal, etc.) and choose the default options
Define invoice units (e.g.
hourly rate, daily rate, other)
Define contact details so your customers know who to reach
