Muve-IT

Muveit is an app through which Muveit Customers hail Muveit Service Providers (drivers) who own
pickup trucks or cargo vans to perform the service of transporting their cargo from one address to another
within a community.Customers arrange for service by first creating an account.
They then log into the app and enter their
pickup and drop off addresses followed by a description of their cargo which includes a picture.
Customers
are then provided with estimate of charges for delivery of service which are calculated based on estimated
travel distance and time between pickup and drop off addresses using GPS coordinates.To deliver the service Muveit requires the pickup and destination address of the Customer cargo in
addition to a description and uploaded picture of the Customer Cargo.
The Muveit app also needs to
provide both Customer and Driver with visual and/or audible notifications at various stages throughout
the process of executing the service in order to successfully schedule and complete pickup, transportation
and drop off the cargo.
As a part of the Customer account creation process it is necessary to verify identity and ownership in
relation to the Smartphone number and email address being registered.
A valid method of payment is
required in order to book a Service Call.In order to become an authorized MuveIt Service Provider/Driver applicants will need to create an
account, pass a brief training Video and provide the following:
Identification verification: head shot for in app Customer facing profile
Vehicle information including images
Upload documentation including:
o Proof of Insurance
o Drivers License
o Vehicle ownership
o Criminal Record check
Bank account information so that payment of earnings can be transferred the Service
Provider/Drivers bank account
